We hire at different experience levels, looking for people who can contribute immediately while growing with the firm.
Consultant
2-4 years experience
Core team members who drive analysis, research, and deliverable development. Work directly with clients under partner guidance. Typically have backgrounds in strategy consulting, investment banking, or relevant industry roles.
Senior Consultant
4-7 years experience
Experienced professionals who lead workstreams and mentor junior team members. Manage client relationships day-to-day and ensure quality of deliverables. Often have deep expertise in one of our focus sectors.
Principal
7+ years experience
Senior advisors who shape engagement strategy, lead major client relationships, and contribute to firm development. Combine broad strategic perspective with deep domain expertise.
Professional Development
